Congratulations to the Pakistan team on a fine victory over India in the last test match. Nice way to wrap up a series win after 19 or so years I say. Everyone performed well, from A to Z. Good team effort. Shows the spine the Pakistani team has developed over the year, coming from behind and fighting back to roar back into the game and ultimately win it.
My personal picks of the series were Kamran Akmal, Abdul Razzaq and Muhammad Asif. Akmal single handedly saved the test match, yet again. Truly a great prospect for the team and I bet in a few years time, he will be regarded as the best wicket-keeper batsman of his time. Razzaq justified his selection superbly with the bat and the ball. Bowled extremely well and kept asking the batsmen to play their shots. And the last but definately not the least, Asif is truly a splendid sight to watch. The balls he gave to dispose the top Indian batsmen were beauties of the highest order. Great prospect.. I might even think he is the next Pakistani great bowler to come.
Concluding, Congratulations Pakistan. Great mauling of the Indian attack. Keep it up and hopefully we will win the ODI series too.
